The lamp is practically faultless, if you happen to find it. On Alza, it is listed as a note lamp, so I came across it after a few weeks via Goggle (I had searched several times before among clip-on lamps).
There are 3 levels of intensity and 3 colours (either white LEDs, yellow LEDs or both). Power supply is solved via microUSB or from 3xAAA. The lamp can stand on a surface or be held on a clip. I don't know the battery life, but it's already got a few hours on one battery. Absolutely the perfect thing for nighttime reading.
