Probably the last colour variation of the whole series. I have never used this knife as we had a very old one (15+ years) at home and it is still recessed for baking. When I found out that Alza has them in their offer, I took one of the colours with each order and so I have the whole series at home. They are excellent for both pastry and venison. Incredibly sharp for a very long time.

This knife is absolutely perfect for slicing anything. Still sharp after a year of use, I'm buying another one…
The only knife you need in the kitchen.

Incredibly sharp and it stays sharp for a long time.
different colours
It looks flimsy, but thankfully, it only looks that way.
probably can't be sharpened at home
whenever I'm looking for it, it's always in the sink having been used
You'll stop using other knives.

They call it a tomato knife, but you'll probably soon be cutting everything with it - except perhaps for raw meat :-)
