I paid for a service to install a refrigerator and bring it up to my apartment. After paying, I was told that the installation was not covered by the refrigerator, that the customer would do the swapping of the door to the opposite side. Whirlpool charges money for that. it doesn't make much sense.

cooling system, ribs still visible at the rear
redoing the door on both sides, paid service from the brand
each screw on the door is different, so you need an Allen, a star and a Phillips head. pretty annoying!
swapping the cable to open from the opposite side, missing a hole from the factory.
Alza charges a fee for services it does not perform. for me, installation is a door swap, as the customer specifies.
can't be returned without taking it with you. I can hardly throw a refrigerator in a mailbox.
maybe I'll think of something else
