looked solid, but appearances are deceiving.
the plastic top was spinning. so I put a metric bolt in and used a wrench on the bolt head, the wipers didn't move, the puller bent. So either the wipers are totally stuck on, even though I've used antirust, or it's cheap mild steel crap.
