The problem is that the headphones probably have their own internal volume level, which some Android phones cannot control, but can only change the output volume level on the soft controller. The headphones themselves have no volume control. Therefore, the headphones may seem very quiet.
Tip: connect the headset via Bluetooth to your computer, set the volume to maximum, disconnect from the computer and connect back to your phone.
I have nothing to complain about, it suits me.
Some Android phone owners may experience a problem with the volume level.
