I was looking for a TV that was good value for money, nimble enough, had GoogleTV, and had QLED. The TV meets all these characteristics. Significantly faster than previous TCL TVs, but anyone who is serious will have to reach for the C7XX or C8XX series, which have more powerful HW and a better panel. As a second TV in the kids' room, a great choice.
Ideal price/performance ratio. In the price range, it is an excellent product.
nice picture, but you need to adjust it, the basic profile is not very optimized.
GoogleTV's operating system has undergone many changes and the TV has gained great utility.

the operating system could be more agile, despite the 4-core processor and plenty of memory, the TV sometimes crashes.
on a QLED, the blacks could be more pronounced.
as is the case with TCL leftovers, poor SW support for older products, we will see how it will be for these products, but for older models the manufacturer no longer bothers to release new SW even though it has committed to it in the past on its FB.

When you turn on the TV, it does not return to the previously running application. Probably a bug in the software, because when I turn on the TV within a few minutes of the previous shutdown, the app continues.
Unnecessary Netflix, YouTube type quick preset buttons on the controller. If they went to change to their own, it would be an advantage.
Only one USB, you can probably use a USB hub, I haven't tried.

As a long-time Android TV user who only uses the TV in "smart" mode without an antenna connected, I chose the Google TV platform to upgrade to, as I expected the successor to be better. But I'm very disappointed and quite hesitant to return the TV.
For example, the channels on the home screen (Youtube, Watch TV, .) that I had on Android TV on Google TV I do not set. Google will just serve you the ballast it thinks you're interested in. At least the order of applications can be adjusted. I can't set up the screensaver app that I used for years on my old TV either, there's only Google's ambient mode. The Play Store is incomprehensibly hidden in the settings. You just can't add it to your home screen. But the main problem I have is with the optical audio output. I use a home theater and with the old TV via fiber optics everything was fine. The sound from this TV is still choppy. I tried a factory reset of the TV and a new cable, without success. Maybe this will force me to buy something new, or I'll solve it via some kind of HDMI ARC-> toslink reduction. But will it work? We'll see about that.
Bottom line. if it wasn't for the nice picture, sound, appearance and especially the discount during Alza days, I would definitely bring the TV back. This is how I will hope for future updates to address the above ills. If you want to enjoy that everything works as it should and even better than the previous device, you probably have to pay more for a higher class.

Could be a duller panel. In sunny weather, it cancels reflections.
The optical audio output is bad.
Some settings are missing from Android TV.
Movement in the menu is not very brisk, sometimes it stutters.
Several times my TV has crashed in such a way that unplugging it helped.
