Black is really black
Pleasant menu
Thin frame
Resolution and wide colour gamut
Missing screw to attach to the stand
I don't like the Magic driver (just my subjective opinion)

Compared to the older NanoCell TV I had, this one is on a whole different level. The colours are vivid and bright, the blacks are amazing. The sound on the TV is very good. Movement in the OS menu is smooth and fast, no stuttering. The controller has no numbers compared to the older model, but you get used to it quickly. Games on PS5 take on a whole new dimension. Only the stand could be more stable. Otherwise, I have nothing to criticize the TV.
Great colours, especially black in contrast with white
Sound decent enough
OS speed and fluidity
A really thin TV with a thin bezel
Playing on PS5 is just a blast
Magic Remote, fluency
I would imagine the TV stand to be a bit more robust
No digits on the remote control

After ten years, we decided to go for the new LG OLED65C54 65-inch TV. After fourteen days of use we are absolutely satisfied. The picture and sound is absolutely incomparable to our original TV. The contrasting colours are beautiful, especially the contrast with the perfect black. The added soundbar enhances the sound even further. The operating system works without problems. The controller is completely different and takes some getting used to. We consider cashback to be an advantage that we are happy to use. Overall, we rate the TV as great.

Great picture
High contrast, beautiful black
Thin frames
Viewing angles - compared to the previous LCD, we can watch TV without distortion from all possible angles
Improved and more minimalistic magic remote
System-wide speed
Maintaining the same mounting point dimensions for wall mounting (I was able to use the same bracket and screws as the previous 8 year old LG 65" TV)
The power cable is fixed in the TV
AI sound is unnatural (other modes fine)
Unnecessary pre-programmed streaming service buttons on the controller (too bad some buttons can't be user-programmed)
Lacks a separate "mute" button - the long-hold volume down shortcut is not very handy
It does not condone poor quality content viewing (with exaggeration)

After 7 years, we made ourselves happy and bought a new LG TV and I have to say it's a huge leap forward from our older 2018 model.
great design, the TV is amazingly thin and light and overall looks very elegant. The colors are bright, the black is really black and all the colors are true to life. The sound is also at a great level, the speakers sound great, which is a big plus. As for smart features, we have yet to discover them all but the choice is vast. The new controller is a bit different and takes some getting used to, but the controls are much better and faster.
I have nothing to criticize

After 4 years of happy use of the C1 (55") I upgraded to the 65" C5. Once you have OLED at home, you don't want it any other way.
Beautiful picture
120Hz (144Hz) panel with VRR
Dolby Vision support
Convenient operation
WebOS, OS speed, especially when compared to my old TV
Much better brightness than my old C1
Four fast HDMI 2.1 so I can connect three consoles, a soundbar and a pluray player via the soundbar's HDMI port
Compared to the C1, I have the feeling that the eARC delay has completely disappeared
Glare, at least in my conditions, is not as much of a problem as one might read somewhere
No DTS support
Perhaps an overly simplified driver

This TV replaced the 58" LCD from LG. This, of course, created a wow effect. After connecting to the PS5 for the first time, the HDR mode is set and the image is again error-free when playing.
Picture
Speed of setup
High contrast
Black is black
Good sound
Fast webOS response
Wonderful design
Annoying ads on the webOS start screen - but it can be turned off
The power cable is fixed in the TV

Slightly more complicated settings through the mobile app were compensated by the great picture. I send the sound via HDM eARC to the soundbar - I have no complaints with the TV, everything works as it should. I don't use LG's webOS, I have a Google TV Streamer connected, where I was pleased that the TV immediately recognized it and allowed me to control it with its own controller. Connecting Google Home smart home was easy, but was subsequently deactivated due to the high number of smart devices in Google Home (around 100). There is no dedicated button on the controller to recall inputs - this can only be bypassed in a complicated way via the house button or by setting up voice control somehow.
Perfect black
High contrast
Excellent image overall
Google Home smart home integration
2kg lighter weight compared to the same size QLED
Magic Remote pointer control
Can't handle the high number of smart devices in Google Home
No dedicated button to recall inputs
