A year ago, I had to return this product I purchased because it stopped working. The complaint was handled in a flash.

My grandmother is happy only the Sos button is such that you can touch it lightly and it is already a problem so I had to turn it all off in the mobile because when it starts a siren and SMS to our number so disaster you do not know then how to turn it off. But otherwise, it's great. The camera also works just it is better to buy a memory card to do so even one photo there did not want to display so with that reason.

For grandma, big letters, easy to use when calling
As a replacement for the older model, no progress, confused and illogical menu, the mobile does not load any memory card, neither the one that was in the older model, nor the brand new one, supposedly supposed to be able to 32GB, does not load
