ideal for a senior citizen. Simple, easy to use, big display, big letters and it looks very nice too. Compared to the previous model, it has the added advantage of not having a volume control on the side of the phone, which led to constant muting when calling and then the person could not be reached. So far maximum satisfaction and at a very affordable price.
