A big disappointment for me, the first powerbank was all broken. After the complaint, another one was sent, visibly already used and scratched, so it is obviously susceptible to this. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is the cold, because the power bank is made of metal, so when used in a jacket pocket, it turns itself off because of the cold. I wanted to use it in a heated jacket, but I had to reach for the plastic version from Alza, which works fine.
