I am satisfied with the charger, connecting another device is not a minus, nor a fault of the device. But a feature, it measures the possibility and speed of charging, then it lets the current flow according to the possibilities.
displays the wattage during charging
USB-C charges at full capacity
Doesn't heat up like others from the competition.
If you charge via both connections, the power is split in half to 15/15W.
USB A is a maximum of 15W

Be careful with the power distribution between the individual ports. Some cables (e.g. Apple), even when they aren't charging anything, are still detected by the adapter as drawing power, which then reduces the output of the other ports. So, if you want to charge at full power, you either have to use 'dumber' cables, for example from Xiaomi, or unplug them.

This is the first charger where I’ve found that it simply won’t charge certain USB devices, or charges them at less than 1W, and that if charging is interrupted and the device is reconnected, it does nothing; you have to unplug the cable itself and plug it back in for charging to resume. That’s why it’s happened to me a few times that, after an hour, I’ve unplugged my phone, thinking it was fully charged, only to find that it actually had 10 per cent less battery than before charging: ). Simply "brilliant". It might be a faulty item, but I’m not sure

Some devices do not charge at all
If I interrupt the charging process by unplugging the phone from the cable and then plug it back in later, the charger still doesn’t start charging, even after tens of minutes. The cable must be disconnected
