Performance - reviving the AM4 platform, the CPU is really fast.
Unfortunately, it heats a lot under load and has no problem asking for more than 200W. I had to change the cooler (it was Fera 3, I had it on R5 3600) so I chose Scythe fuma 3 (I would rather go for Noctua NH-D15 - it didn't fit in my case). I don't know about AIO - I stuck to the motto that a good quality air cooler is better. In the BIOS I have everything on auto and PBO on, where I just turned PBO on, adjusted the "curve optimizer" curve to 30 negative. So in CB R23 it delivers around 22.700 points in multicore, but stays at 90°C at full load. Incidentally, this may be due to the case used and the location of the PC. Someone might be able to keep it cooler.
If you only want to play games, the R7 5800X3D will be a better choice, but you can only get those in stock.

Perfect processor for the price.
In Cinebench R23, in multicore mode, when all cores are loaded and the processor runs at 100% for 10 minutes, the processor at least warmed up (with a cooler for 700 CZK).
I had a R 3700X before and the difference in the response of applications is visible. Just to have as many applications or games as possible that could use multiple cores.

Currently, the best CPU in terms of price / performance ratio.
I replaced it with the original Ryzen 5 3600 and thus extended the life of the AM4 platform.
Even if I don' t use the performance every day, I couldn' t not buy it for this money 😁 The advantage is also the possibility of tuning - by lowering the voltage, you can achieve better temperatures and, paradoxically, better ST performance
