I was happy with the previous APC model, it worked for over 5 years before the battery went dead. That's why I bought 2 of these newer APC models. One UPS to myself, one to a relative in the family (so they were in different environments and differently utilized). The first UPS broke in 1.5 years, the second in less than 2 years. After my experience with this model, I will go to another brand next time.
Control software
It does what it's supposed to when the power goes out, it holds long enough. It will give you enough time to save everything in peace, hang up and shut down the computer.
Quiet
Unreasonably strong lighting, at night the whole room is so green that you can see it like a night lamp
I bought 2 UPS, both stopped working while still under warranty (fortunately, solved by replacement)

The first day after plugging in a terrible smell - burning, the second day better, the third day nothing can be smelled. Quick and easy to connect. Settings in Synology NAS also without problem, it can put the NAS to sleep when the battery is low, then wake the NAS up again when the power is restored - which was the purpose of the purchase. Obviously underpowered for a PC, but a NAS, switch and router will do nicely.
trouble-free commissioning
package includes usb cable for connection to PC or NAS
compatible with Synology NAS
it lights up a lot, which I don't care about, but some people might mind ( the side lights can be re-taped, but the power button still lights up a lot - it can be re-taped too: ) )

I bought different types in number of 3pcs and they switch off spontaneously, each after a different time. Probably defective components or PCB design.
It's Schneider, so don't take it!

- as some have written, ups really stinks even after a year and a bit of operation. - it is relatively quiet, but it is not 100% for a completely quiet room if you like peace and quiet. say 90% noise level ok (even when running on battery it is quite ok) - the first piece quit after about a year and a bit of operation (the output voltage on the battery fluctuated and sometimes the ups switched to "standby mode" with beeping and flashing even when the power supply was 220V ok -> it was necessary to turn the ups off and on (the battery was ok) -> it was enough to call the Czech apc support, where (for today) you can call just fine, a person talks to you and mainly tries to solve the matter. Afterwards, I sent an email ticket to support to resolve the issue, followed by a notification that it would be resolved by replacement, which happened within a few days. First the DHL courier delivered a new UPS and now the original broken one is waiting to be taken away. Support is therefore 100% even when it comes to home resp. small business ups what you wouldn't expect
unexpectedly good service support
the replaced piece is definitely better with smell
it smelled a bit after a year of use
in a quiet room the noise is audible, but it can be

nothing
after purchase I had to complain - it did not back up
it beeps like crazy and won't shut off
after 2 years it went down the drain - a piece of crap; I would advertise again, but I can't anymore (not for nothing it has about an 8% complaint rate! )
lights up like crazy and can't be turned off or dimmed significantly
I wonder where the GDR comrades went wrong in this case
SW not clear and not in CZ localization (in 2024! )
and I bought it for my wife and returned it because it didn't work either and I left her PC without UPS

Connectivity
Stupidity
unpleasantly bright panel
connectors - sockets night close sometimes some plugs cannot be inserted.
perhaps it would be more appropriate for the source to be more compact and not such a long dachshund with sockets at the back.

price/performance super
the fact that it is lit would not matter, but it heats up quite a lot, even when it is not powering anything. I definitely recommend not to put anything on it.
