Fulfils its function
Wi-fi from the extender is definitely not among the ones with the greatest range.

I have bought several now and it is a perfect device, absolutely simple installation, trouble free operation. Compared to others, it works as it should without any problems.

expectations met
the signal passage through the walls is quite bad, I have it near the door but 5 meters outside I have no signal.
It receives the signal from the router poorly, but that would be more likely my weak router.

if there is an ASUS router in front of it, they complement each other perfectly
can't update FW directly from ASUS servers - must download and extract FW locally and upload directly

according to the instructions I immediately connected it to the ASUS router, setting the password is simple and especially quick. The new FW is available on ASUS website, you can easily download and install it in the extender control app.
I have a better 2.4 signal around my apartment from this extender than from the asus-rt-ac51u router (and that's 16 WIFI networks in my apartment.
I bought it according to the reviews and therefore I further recommend it to others to buy.
None!
