we haven't figured out how to knead it well yet, but hopefully it will be just our hands (the dough)

I've only tried the robot a few times so far. Mixing the dough to perfection, slicing the vegetables will take more practice. I think it will be a great helper for both stiff yeast doughs and for cookie baking season. Appearance very nice and at the same time handy fitting accessories so that it does not take up too much space. Due to the weight, it is better to keep it permanently in one place, but of course it can be hidden away for less frequent use. I look forward to further experiments on what this machine can do.

I have preferred Bosch products for a long time and the brand has not disappointed again. In the price range (plus with Alza discount) it's a great product. I believe it will last a long time.
handles everything he's supposed to
extreme advantage: winding cable
extreme advantage: everything (except the graters) can be put in the dishwasher, no "blind spots" to hold dirt, very well thought out - therefore very practical and you really don't have to think about whether to use it (who will wash it then)
extreme gadget (and yet such a "stupid" thing): integrated scale with tare - no need to weigh ingredients, dirty other dishes - can be directly added to the bowl (weighs 5g, which is fully sufficient for common ingredients except salt and spices)
I also appreciate the stopwatch that measures how long the robot has been working (whisking, kneading, mixing)
optimum size, compact, compact, takes up relatively little space compared to other robots
an optional plastic bowl (besides the basic stainless steel one) is fine, e.g. for parallel beating of snow, or other purchasable parts if someone needs and uses them (for meat, candy, citrus, etc. )
although most parts of the product are made of durable plastic (which is understandable and normal in this price range), it seems very durable so far, everything fits perfectly, clamps well

Nice, stackable, bowl holds heat well when rising dough.
It was quite noisy when kneading the yeast dough and the arm with the kneading hook moved around a lot. I don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be.
