I have been using the washing machine for a few days and the biggest plus is definitely how quiet and stable it is. Even at high revs it doesn't move from its place, it doesn't thump, it doesn't jump - it just goes quietly. The spinning is significantly quieter than I was used to with my previous washing machine. Washing is reliable, the 9 kg capacity can easily handle larger loads or bedding. The controls are simple, the display is clear and the programs make sense. The ability to add forgotten laundry during the cycle is also handy. For me a very good choice - quiet operation, solid stability and quality workmanship. It works smoothly and exactly as it should.

I'm happy with the washing machine, but my only complaint is with Alza's delivery service, which cost an extra 699 CZK. There was an option for delivery to the front door for 399 CZK, which would have been plenty, but I chose delivery + installation for 699 CZK (or at least I thought I did). Where to begin? When I read it, it clearly stated delivery to the flat, removal of packaging material, installation, and removal of the old appliance. I had to choose a delivery time (8am–2pm or 2pm–8pm), and since it was a Saturday and I didn't want to wait at home all day, I chose the morning delivery. The very next day, I got a text message saying the product would be delivered between 3:45pm–5:45pm, so why could I choose between morning or afternoon? It seems Alza has adopted the style of the Czech Post, telling you “we'll deliver your parcel between 8:00am–8:00pm”. Oh well, I was looking forward to the washing machine and just put up with it. And now for the delivery + installation. The gentlemen arrived around 3:00pm, so technically it was a morning delivery, but the way he loaded it onto the trolley was something else. We have slightly high thresholds, and the bloke got a run-up and BAM, over the threshold. The washing machine gave a good jump, and I was just waiting for it to fall off the trolley. It didn't, which was a relief. He brought it to the designated spot, and then I asked where his tools for installation were. The bloke said he wasn't installing anything, that I'd only paid for delivery of the goods to the location. Eh? So why did I pay 699 when 399 would have been enough? If I'd had to clearly select what I wanted in the order, I'd understand, but it was clearly written that they would also install it. Luckily, my partner was at home and had it unpacked and connected within 10 minutes, and it was already washing. So there you have it.
Finally I can do my washing at home
Unlike the previous top-loader, the kids can watch the laundry being washed.
The quality of the wash is noticeable at first glance compared to my previous washing machine.
