It doesn't shave properly; it hardly picks up any hair at all

It works brilliantly; compared to the Philips OneBlade, it’s in a completely different league
A really handy travel case
The material of the watch has a slippery surface; I feel as though it’s about to slip out of my hand
The description did not mention that you also need to buy ‘Vaseline’ for lubrication, nor that it is not included in the pack. Especially as it was the top-of-the-range version of those on offer
The design of the heads and attachments is daft; the area to be shaved is exposed to shaved hair and stubble, which naturally stick to it, and after just two uses the whole thing is clogged up. So how am I actually supposed to clean it? Should I rinse it thoroughly with water, degrease it and reapply the lubricant after every use?
The number of extensions is utter nonsense. A size 2 or 3 would be fine if they could adjust the length of the cut.

a wide range of accessories and attachments
fairly quiet (compared to previous Zelmer and Babyliss models)
The body attachment is very comfortable
The shaver head shaves quite well
it might already have a Type-C connector
It was a bit of a struggle to find out how to extend the warranty (Braun’s website isn’t exactly user-friendly)

Utterly satisfied after the first day of testing
The build quality is excellent; we’ll see how long the attachments last, as they’re made of thinner plastic
The system for attaching and removing the attachments makes everything quick and easy. The trimmer's adjustment mechanism (for setting the cutting length) is just as well designed.
I've tried most of the attachments and they're great; they do the job. At first I thought there were far too many of them, but they all have their uses.
The attachment for nose and ear hair works brilliantly. I was pleasantly surprised by the eyebrow trimmer attachment too; I was worried I might end up with a buzz cut, but it works well and gives a neat trim.
I also tried the tapered attachments for the right and left sides of the face, which range from 1 to 5 mm and help create a smooth transition. They're fine, but it'll take a bit of practice
It’s great that the manufacturer has thought this through, so I can choose whether to charge it on the stand or directly via the cable connected to the machine.
Time will tell how good the quality of the plastic on the attachments is
The manufacturer could include a small bottle of oil, at least to start with. According to the instructions, the mechanism requires occasional lubrication.

Like it works, but it's no miracle, I switched after a recommendation from friends that use braun and it's great, but from the first use it makes strange noises and the previous phillips even after 4 years was still cool and seemed more solid.
works
strange noises from the beginning

I was nicely enticed by the many attachments
Absolutely unusable for me, because it just doesn't cut my hair or beard. I go to them and nothing just chokes and jams
I have sent it in twice for warranty and twice it has been returned to me that it has been rebuilt and that it works. Every time I started shaving with it from scratch. the problem kept recurring
I wanted a refund from Alza, but despite everything, they did not accept my third claim, it could not be done via the web, so I have an unusable machine at home
If you have thicker hair and beard, avoid it. I don't know if this is about one defective piece or if the others are equally poor quality. but I'm annoyed that I can't use the razor I paid 3000K for. If anyone's interested, I'll sell it to you for half.
