However, as someone has already mentioned in previous reviews, you need to set the parameter to ‘non-Chinese’ on mobile networks. It gets its location data from GPS when it’s outside the building – that’s accurate – and when it’s at school, it uses Wi-Fi, and sometimes I have to refresh it a few times because it shows a different location – I’ll have a bit more of a play with it to see if I can set it to use only GPS and skip Wi-Fi location, but for now I’m happy with it as it is and it serves our purposes. Once he’s got a mobile, he’ll obviously be able to buy a better watch – and perhaps even one with an eSIM.
