Unfortunately, a big disappointment. The first piece did not load into the laptop at all and worked only as a laser pointer. We were refunded by Alsa without any problems. I told myself I was unlucky to have a faulty piece and bought it again after a while. The second piece was loaded into the computer, but there were no activities except for the working laser. According to the instructions, I repeatedly tried to pair the USB receiver with the actual pointer body, hopefully it worked (the only thing that lights up there is a blue flashing diode, which then lights up continuously), but no functions were available anyway. We tried it on multiple computers, the result is the same. So the second complaint and I have lost confidence in this brand. I just don't understand the reported low level of complaints - am I really that unlucky? I know I can't make a statistic out of two cases, but for me the amount of complaints is 100%.
