Great product, I could get used to the smooth surface, but it doesn't fit my hand. It's my fourth vertical, and my best yet. Even though it resembles my old squeezed hama in shape, my thumb hurts after a few minutes and my fingers cramp after hours. (changing the grip doesn't help) I'm sorry to return it, it's not the product's fault but my hand.
