Corsair is such a quality brand where you go for safety and even this time did not disappoint. It runs quietly, has a 12 pin connector for new graphics and I think the cables are great. Most power supplies have stiff cables that are difficult to bend and handle. Braided cables are great and it just takes a few strips to keep them from traveling everywhere. Manual - auto adjustment via a knob on the rear is also a nice feature. It would just be good if one could read about it somewhere in the manual and not have to google it.

There are now a lot of individual cables in my Chieftec midi tower, even though I've pulled them off with downloaders. The original Seasonic SS-500GB Active PFC F3 had each bundle in a separate network gooseneck, which was much, much, better. Seasonic had the SATA terminals curved and this suited me perfectly, because I have the drives in the Chieftec case installed perpendicular to the sides. So with straight SATA connectors I have to bend the cables a lot. But the silence when the fan isn't spinning - awesome! I'm curious to see how he'll behave under load. Despite the negatives, I can recommend it. I have my eye on a new Fractal Design Define 7 case and the cable organization will be better than in my Chieftec from the last millennium: -D
