my priority was the volume of the call, the new owner hears poorly - meets
large symbols on the display
long battery life
at first glance, it is not visible on the phone that someone has called - a flashing light is missing
old people would greatly appreciate the old way of locking and unlocking the keyboard using a movable slider on the side, the double feel ODBLOK + STAR is a problem
Of the four types of ring melodies, there are two high-pitched sounds, which are not very warning to deaf seniors

light
the battery bloated after a year and the battery life suddenly zero. Default tunes on the phone put there by a demented person or someone who hates pensioners, neither is usable! my dad and I have never heard anything uglier.

OK, for old people
We already had one, battery is crappy, lifetime max. year. We already bought one replacement and now prefer a whole new phone. No choice of charging type, sold with stand only.

perfect for grandma and grandpa
calling via photo contacts is fine, it's just a pity that there are "only" 8 of them
to add photos and ringtones, you need to buy an SD card + download ringtones in MP3s from the net (I haven't read about it anywhere). The supplied ringtones in the mobile phone are a bit scary and could cause at least a twitch in the eye for weaker characters: -)

large display
large keys with numbers
suitable for the elderly
battery problems
a little difficult to find some features - e.g. messages, given that the mobile is designed for the elderly and the operation should be as simple as possible
