It is possible that I caught some not-so-good piece, but still the product did not convince me that I should try another piece. While it's nice that it runs on battery power, it didn't seem to be able to handle coffee beans. We gave him flaxseed, he didn't like that either. As I write in the cons, I couldn't find a way to recharge it and then get it to run continuously so that it would grind at least one coffee before I fell asleep from lack of caffeine. I don't see any added value of this product over a manual grinder.
