Luxurious, deep-matte SaphirMatt finish – doesn't reflect light and is highly scratch-resistant.
Zero fingerprints, extremely easy to clean without polishing.
A separate slider for each of the 4 zones, with an instant response
Practical SenseBoil feature (automatic boil detection) and Bridge (connecting zones).
Precise and fine power control
Higher purchase price (which, however, was fully offset by the special offer and cashback)

We've been using the induction hob since the end of September and we're very happy with it. It heats up very quickly, water boils in no time, and the power can be set precisely and smoothly. The touch controls respond reliably and are clear to understand. The matte surface is easy to clean and fingerprints aren't as visible on it. It looks elegant in the worktop and the installation was problem-free. I definitely recommend it.

We chose the Electrolux 700 SaphirMatt hob mainly because we didn't want the classic black glossy glass anymore, where every drop, speck of dust, and smudge is visible and needs constant polishing. And I have to say, the matt surface is absolutely fantastic! It looks incredibly elegant in the kitchen and, most importantly, it's unbelievably practical. The hob is much more resistant to scratches (for example, when sliding pots around) and maintenance is a dream – just wipe it down and it's clean. As a complete cooking novice, what I love most is the SenseBoil function. When I put water on to boil for pasta or potatoes, the hob detects when the water is at a rolling boil and automatically turns down the heat. I no longer have to worry about water boiling over and making a mess on the hob. Each cooking zone has its own slider for control, so you don't have to fiddle with clicking through settings; you just tap and you're done. Thanks to the Boost function, water boils in a flash. What's more, the hob can connect to the extractor hood, so when I start cooking, the extraction fan turns on automatically, which is incredibly convenient. Overall, I'm thrilled with this hob. It cooks brilliantly, the controls are perfectly responsive right from the first touch, and the design is just top-notch. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend hours polishing their hob!

I was drawn to the induction hob because of its appearance. I appreciate the SenseBoil function. I can't comment any further for now, as it hasn't been installed yet.

When choosing a new hob, I wondered what new features a hob could possibly have compared to hobs from years ago. And now I know. The matt surface is a game-changer. The SenseBoil function is something I never knew I needed in my life. With my last hob, the size of the cooking zones was always an issue. That's why being able to connect two into one larger area was important to me. It works brilliantly. I don't use the hood connection feature as I have a different brand, but I expected that. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.
The matte finish is a game-changer – both for maintenance and looks.
