We have only used the bakery once so far, so it's too early to judge. The first bread was good..: -)
The bakery is well made and looks nice.
It's not entirely a negative feature, but I can imagine that the manual could be more illustrative (see e.g. Chapter III. Control panel - symbols could be repeated), individual baking steps more detailed (instead of "use the xxx buttons to set the desired program"), if an elderly person were to operate the bakery, he or she might have a problem. But it's just a little thing.
