Nice design and quality radio with colour display with sharp text. The controls are simple, but the frequency switching is rather impractical. Tune with the Tune+ and Tune- buttons, with a short press and 0.5MHz up and down. Holding it for a few seconds makes the frequencies jump faster, but once it catches a station it stops. So if you want to switch to a specific frequency, you'll spend several minutes pressing and holding the buttons again. Stations can be saved to favourites and then tuned in simply by scrolling through the menu list, so it may not be that big a deal, but the initial setup is a chore. The radio automatically sets the time and date, which it shows on the display. When the radio is "switched off" (switched to stand-by mode), the brightness dims to a minimum and the clock continues to display. Unfortunately, I returned the radio because it didn't pick up much on my weaker signal. DAB+ stations probably OK, but only a large listing of Czech Radio, on FM it caught almost nothing or significantly fizzled/crackled. But on a good signal you probably won't have a problem. The speaker is great, it can play loud enough.
