It's been plugged into the TV with power for 4 years and still runs like clockwork. It gets decently warm all the time. I expected it to go down a long time ago, but it's still working.
Wifi 5. After the warranty, I bypassed it through a reducer and plugged it into the lan. The connection is more stable.
If it's in one device under one wifi, great thing
Setting it up through the app was a bit of a pain, but it worked on the third try
If you're looking for something to transfer between different wifi networks, it's pretty evil for a new setup.

small
Fulfils its purpose - projects content from the phone to the TV
the price is quite acceptable
installation was more challenging as the Chromecast could not connect to the phone via the home router. After a few hours I thought to make a hotspot on my phone and the problem was solved. I recommend this solution if you live in a rental property where you cannot change the router settings (you need to set WPS)
noisy - when nothing is playing, you can hear humming
