Switching from Blackberry Key2 (tear dropped), everything is faster and better, but you can't replace the HW keyboard with anything, typos increased.

If you are not technically savvy and can't search the internet I can't recommend it. But it looks like Google may finally be expanding into the Czech market. But we can only guess how long it will take. When Google starts to support the Czech Republic, many of these problems could be solved.
Realisticly functional and pretty much responsive auto brightness compared to other phones I've had in the past. On my previous phones, auto brightness was basically non-functional.
Display has sufficient brightness even on a very sunny day

In the case of having to completely reinstall the phone system, there are probably no phones that have it easier than the Pixels. Literally in the browser.
Features to make life easier(Offline text recognition in image, quick image cutout, offline translation via camera). Classic problem when Google can't get anything right. But this is a general problem found in perhaps everything Google has ever done. Also offline translation for example doesn't have Czech and overall the choice of languages is quite limited.
It has no official support in our country. This can bring problems like you not being able to reach you or someone reaching you. This problem may be caused by "broken" VoLTE and similar features. But in reality, it looks like the phone doesn't recognise your carrier and simply doesn't turn on the feature. It also won't show it so you can turn it on. There is a solution but it requires a developer console. It is a very simple process but for a non-technical user this is very difficult to impossible to do. But with a step-by-step guide, it would do it without a problem.
It is not possible to light up the screen, for example by waving the phone

I switched from a Huawei p30 pro which I had as new when it had the best camera on the market and the switch to Google took me about a day. Super phone and I can recommend it to everyone. A better phone would've been just the pro version, but at that price point clearly Google.

Pixel 7 is an excellent device, but because Alza does not sell it officially and there is no operator support in the Czech Republic, the functionality of the phone is limited and therefore I recommend buying something else in the price level.

Coming back from iOS, the Pixel 7 is a disappointment for me. I was looking forward to the Android I remembered, where you can set everything up as you like. Unfortunately, times have probably changed - the complicated internet and WiFi switching is an example. The mobile suffers from a lot of minor flaws that, in sum, bring the experience down several orders of magnitude.
Clean android without bloatware
Price (compared to iPhone)
Slow and unresponsive fingerprint reader. This is a basic thing that has to work on a mobile!
Camera photos are less contrasty and vivid than I expected based on Pixel reviews (can at least be corrected later in the gallery)
50 MP camera only on paper, everything is binned to 12 MP
Turning on mobile data and Wi-Fi is buried deep in the menu for about 10 clicks. In Android 13, you can't even pull it back to the main control panel. It works better on the iPhone too, which is saying something
Size (I prefer smaller mobiles)
Google does not support 5G in the Czech Republic
