quickly produces the first ice cubes
very often the blade does not tip the ice and the device then turns itself off with an error message

Fault re-occurred for 2nd time and having to send back for repair
Great when it works
Now having to send back for repair for 2nd time as water tray does not fill beyond 1/4 resulting in very small cubes if at all.
