I ordered the Peanut Cream with Belgian Chocolate. After opening it, I found a 5mm layer of some white substance on the surface. I tried to mix it in, but I couldn't. So I wrote to the manufacturer's support to ask if this was normal and sent photos. An AI confirmed they had received my query, but there's been no response. It's been three days now. Given that I bought this to eat, I'd quite like to eat it. If I don't get an explanation by Monday, I'm returning the product to ALZA.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I'll never order a product from them again. I'll leave it up to others to decide if they want to risk it.
After opening, there was some sort of unsightly white substance on the surface of the chocolate that wouldn't mix in with the chocolate.
The manufacturer Grizly is not responding to enquiries and the photos sent.

We don't like it, it's much better with milk chocolate.
