This review is more of a complaints procedure experience. We only used the washing machine itself a few times before the problems started. It would probably be better to write it up here after the fix, but I'm not sure I'll get around to it this year. Delivery, assembly in order, so from the side of the alien all good. Unfortunately we were unlucky and got a defective piece. The washing machine leaked and was able to almost flood the bathroom while washing if we hadn't noticed in time. The subsequent complaint handling was terrible. The call to Hoover was made right away, but the subsequent wait for a technician and before anyone even noticed the problem was interminable. Finally, after several phone calls to BMK service, who handles this, I received an email a week later with information on how to prepare the washing machine for service and the arrival of a technician. The technician showed up after more than a week after receiving the information email, when we were waiting for him with a video of where it was leaking, etc. After a quick deduction, he said he knew where the problem was and would order a new part that was causing the leak and get back to me in ten days max. We waited 10 days and then when it was two weeks I called BMK again and was told that they didn't even have the part in stock and it was coming from Italy and they didn't even know where the engineer got the 10 day time limit. With that, I was wished a good day and hung up. We've been without a washing machine and no info for over a month now. So the washing machine lasted about 2 washes and then this waterfall of phone calls and a pile of unwashed laundry.
