It's my first dryer so I don't have much to compare it to. I got to try it for two months which reduced my apprehension about buying this brand because it's just not that great of a brand. I was mainly looking for a slim version so the choices were very limited. I think I didn't make a mistake by buying this dryer, it is very good price/performance/function ratio, now I just need it to serve me for many years (warranty should be 5 years).
control via app
programs for everything
water collection container on the door - great thing
one of the few slim dryers
handy dust filter
complete absence of information on the temperatures at which it dries
the lint filter is sometimes covered with a small thing (a scented napkin or sock) but this is probably true for all dryers
I can't buy a shoe dryer for it: (

We were buying a washer + dryer set. We live in a small apartment. We got into it on top of each other. No more spreading dryers around the apartment over the winter. The 5 year warranty is great, not many manufacturers will give it to you at this time. So far we are satisfied.

With the set, after registration, they sent us a free vacuum cleaner😉
So far everything ok👍

After half a year of normal use, it started to burn - I then learned that this brand had loose wiring that became damaged and caused a short circuit and fire. Avoid them - Alza has reclaimed and refunded your money.
Poor workmanship inside the dryer
Burned out

nice look and design
The dryer turned on after plugging it into the socket, however, there was no response when the start was started, so my joy with the new dryer lasted for about an hour

narrow, doesn't take up much space
control via mobile app
very noisy, the manufacturer states 67 dB, we measured 81 dB, there are often strange noises, I was surprised by the water at the bottom filter, drying is a mystery, sometimes a piece is dry, sometimes the clothes have to be dried on the dryer, the service technician said that everything is fine, plastic design of the appliance very flimsy, sometimes something rattles somewhere

I don't know how many local reviewers have experience with another dryer when they write here that this model is quiet. So I definitely envision the silence differently. I had to return the first piece because of vibrations and shocks. Even so, you can hear various knocks, squeaks, the pump, etc. from the dryer. But I think OK, there is no room for soundproofing in a narrow dryer, so I have to tolerate it. Only one person can add a dryer to the app, so not usable for a family. The temperature is not clear for the programmes. I would expect more from a 13 TCZK dryer. This is a comparable product to a 10k dryer.
lovely design
narrow and compact
with universal spacer can be placed on a narrow washing machine
noisy
the app can be used to control the dryer from only one device
unclear programmes
plastic hinges
Clothes getting stuck in the air filter area
