The pull-out drawer is a nice idea, but it will only pull out on tiled or parquet floors, if you wanted to put some sort of pad under the toilet to catch cat litter, it can make pulling it out quite uncomfortable. If your cat likes to make piles of catcolith, you'll have to flatten the pile first, then slide the drawer out, otherwise the pile will end up behind the drawer. In this respect, I find toilets where you can quickly flip the top off along with the passageway much more practical and therefore much quicker to clean.
