decent sound
removing it from the charging case is a punishment
after a year of very occasional use, the battery in the right handset has died

Hello, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your bad experience with the headphones. For convenient removal of the headphones, we recommend grasping the headphone between your thumb and index finger by its widest part and touching the surface. The precise movement is very quick and intuitive to get used to. If the battery in the handset has gone, it may be a faulty piece. So please consider making a complaint, or contact the manufacturer at [email protected] and they will resolve the issue with you. If necessary, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert

After two years I am buying these headphones again, the whole box was sent to me. For the last half a year I had the headphones without the top cover, which broke, the headphones were constantly covered with dust,. I had them every day for x hours on the construction site and they still lasted two years. No other headphones have lasted this long for me. Despite the lack of ANC, I couldn't hear anything around me on the build👍 for me they are unrivalled in this price range and even now that I have more accessible options I still reach for them.

Even after the complaint for the new received piece, a defect with a non-functioning headphone surface appeared, unfortunately already after the warranty period.

The sound is good enough for me
The design suits me
Weaker microphone
They get stuck (all of a sudden they stop playing, the touch controls don't work, I have to put them in the case and then take them out to re-pair them) - I'll probably be advertising.
