I'm a passive-active athlete. Running once a week, some exercise, etc. I tried this as a little help to the exercise. Tastes disgusting like everything I've tried on the exercise. And the subtle orange scent can't overpower the chemistry. I give according to the instructions, mainly to support the body during exercise and that it should be mixed to such osmolality that it is quickly absorbed. I can't tell a complete difference although I would say that after exercise I continue to function as normal, compared to before when I was exhausted after exercise. So maybe it makes sense.
