The upload speed is the same as the Flashdisk from China for 80 CZK. I'm returning z5 to alza tomorrow, total disappointment. Speed tested via USBDeview.

Looks good based on the specs
For the first few seconds, it copies quickly at around 60MB/s, then after a few seconds it drops to 15MB/s
I'll buy a different one next time.

I've already made a warranty claim once due to fluctuating write speeds. However, the situation hasn't changed with the new drive. When writing 4GB to the drive, the operation can easily take up to an hour. It's completely unusable with larger amounts of data.

Same experience as others, the write speed drops from 80MB/s to 200kB/s after a few seconds!!! Copying, for example, 20GB takes hours
