See above. Okay, it could happen. The worst part is that I sent the new and polished coffee maker packed as new for a warranty claim incl. complete set of accessories (often unused). Complaint acknowledged and the coffee machine came back to us. They said the gasket was replaced and the coffee maker was cleaned. After opening the box, I found the coffee maker in the condition shown in the photo. Absolutely disgusting and impossible to use unless you are used to drinking water from a puddle. I wonder what the insides of a coffee machine might look like. Visible dirt is complemented by the endlessly spreading mess from the joints of the device. I immediately called the customer service line, where I was told to send everything photographed in response to an email they sent. I did so ten days ago and repeatedly since then without any response.
Worked well for a while and brewed good coffee
After a few weeks of not very frequent use (max. two coffees a day) it started leaking water and the machine stopped working

Unfortunately, the device does not do what it promises. After a year and regular cleaning, it produces random watery coffee, does not foam milk, requires cleaning cycles beyond the cleaning described in the manual. First complaint after 5 months, second rejected. The coffee maker is used by the mother-in-law, a very conservative operation. The old lady is unhappy about it. I cannot recommend this product in any way.
At first glance, a wonderful device that will disappoint you after a short time.
