Because of the poor battery life, we advertised the watch as it didn't last half a day. And my daughter only had them on her hands and didn't use them. When calling and using, the battery life was about 2h, then it needed to be charged again. Complaint rejected, no reason given. So the watch is just for show, not for real use.
