Overall, unfortunately a negative experience. Until we got this LG washing machine, I had no idea what problems could exist. We returned the washing machine and got our classic - AEG. We have had a very positive experience with the return via Alza.cz, it went without complications.

At higher weights it spins for 3 hours straight, does not report any error (even in the app) and still writes e.g. 13 minutes to the end of the programme (we finally took the laundry out, put it in the bath and pre-washed it by hand, then returned it to the washing machine to finish drying)
At 1200 rpm it bounces a lot, even though there is a smaller amount of laundry in the washer and it seems evenly distributed (washer was seated well)
After washing, the powder remains in the laundry even if I wash only a few pieces of clothes, this has never happened to me with an AEG washing machine in a higher price category
It does not have AquaStop
It beeps/emits an annoying high-pitched tone all the time, like an old router
The first time I washed it, I could feel some plastic heating up
