The washing machine arrived quickly, installation without problems. The LG ThinkQ app has teamed up with the washing machine. You just need to have 2.4GHz WiFi at home. As with most IoT things, 5 GHz WiFi is not supported. Washed twice so far. The washing machine is surprisingly quiet and shows the time until the end of the wash.
Quiet running.
Phone app for diagnostics or remote start.
Time to wash indicator (both on the display and in the app).
The rubber feet for wooden floors and the self-adhesive non-slip pads for slippery tiles mentioned in the manual must be purchased separately.

Beautifully quiet compared to the old, original washing machine.
It washes well
The wheel that one selects the washing program is not ideal. We have the same on our microwave, and after six months it started skipping. Set the dial on the microwave time is a ten minute operation. I'm not saying it happens with a washing machine, but it's not ideal.
Despite the precise balance, the washing machine knocks when spinning. There's some plastic underneath the washing machine, and when I hold it with my hand, the knocking stops. I'll have to take it up with the service department.

Purchase 18.12.2022 (11.990 CZK), evaluation after 19 days of use. In the final selection there were also washing machines from BOSH, but in the end the decision fell rather intuitively on this LG. We recommend the purchase so far.
So far everything is as expected and within parameters.

Minor problem with alignment of the feet during installation, just need a little patience. For simplicity's sake, an ordered installation on shipment (I didn't want to) should solve it.
For some reason, remote washing via the LG ThinQ app has now stopped working. I suppose it will be enough to reset or reinstall the app.
