We wanted to return the washing machine immediately, however, the assistant at the store created a claim instead of a return and thus delayed the refund until after the repair, even though we bought the same washing machine unused. Apparently, a second-hand piece has already been returned in this way and no one at Alza has made any enquiries as to whether the product is OK and they have resold it. This behaviour is totally unacceptable and the help from customer service is zero! What a horrible experience!

after buying and turning two Siguro washers, spent the extra money and got a good recognized LG brand. manual not very helpful, no English manual and even the czech manual was not very clear on which programs use steam. however on the plus side, the phone application is very helpful and there are many extra wash cycles that you can download and load with the phone application. not only that but with that app, the phone tells you when the wash is done. very happy with the purchase. also Alza was great with the Siguro washers they took them right back and refunded, no one has better customer service than they do.
