Great satisfaction. In the end, Korea won the decision between China and Korea and so far we can't complain. The biggest game changer is the size, we went from 5kg to 9kg and for a family of 4 a huge relief. we don't have to do laundry every day anymore! Another big change is the quietness of the washing. inaudible from the bathroom, the most you can hear is the water filling. Thanks to the wifi start it is possible to postpone switching on for several days, all other washing machines have only around 20 hours.

I'm a guy who has to do laundry, but with this washing machine I enjoy it. The washing machine weighs the laundry itself and sets the wishing time. It also has remote control but I haven't tried it yet. Even the steam program. For me, the best washing machine I've ever had.

I purchased a new washing machine with delivery, removal of old washing machine and installation. After the technicians left and tested the washing machine, we found that it was faulty and leaking. We wanted to return the washing machine immediately, however, the assistant at the store created a claim instead of a return and thus delayed the refund until after the repair, even though we bought the same washing machine unused. Apparently, a second-hand piece has already been returned in this way and no one at Alza has made any enquiries as to whether the product is OK and they have resold it. This behaviour is totally unacceptable and the help from customer service is zero! What a horrible experience!
