I can fit on it lying down with my 187 cm and my legs don't sag.
The thickness makes it very comfortable, even when kneeling

I work out at home, where we have a floating floor with ordinary yoga mats, I felt every bone in my body while working out. With this new one I don't have bruised joints anymore, it's just great and can be used even as a sleeping mat
it's bigger, but that's what I was counting on.
