The keyboard is nice, the keys are great, the problem (and the reason for my low rating) is that the keyboard started to squeak relatively soon after purchase (about 2 months). And very loudly. Especially when pressing the space bar on the left side. Unpleasant, it went on complaint. The second thing, although I didn't include it in my review, is simply a feature of the product - the keyboard is very heavy. I'm just writing this to keep in mind when you're on the fence about buying.
Good for Mac OS users who also use Windows on Parallels
Slightly different layout compared to the Apple keyboard, but you'll get used to it after a while
It is very heavy, think about that before you buy
After a few weeks of use, it started to squeak.

I originally purchased a similar keyboard from a lower price range for evening work. Very similar to this one, with some differences in equipment. The main reason why I returned the original low-end and invested a decent amount in this keyboard was the incredibly annoying power saving, which is, however, completely tweaked in Logitech MX KEYS S. Someone wrote here that you have to press a key to deactivate the power saving mode - this is nonsense, such a problem is with cheaper keyboards. With MX KEYS S, the sensors detect movement at a distance of about 2-3 cm and the backlight is switched on - so just place your fingers lightly on the keyboard, you don't have to press anything. Power saving exists on all the wireless keyboards I've reviewed here and it annoyed the hell out of me. When working in many SWs, you can't blindly press something because almost every key has a functional response. That's why I am very satisfied with the power saving sensor control on this keyboard and I recommend it to anyone who is dealing with a similar problem. My only regret is that I can't test the configuration using Logitech's software due to company restrictions that prevent me from installing anything on company HW. Finally, I would like to thank Alzee for a great discussion, it took about 5 minutes to dig into this product but it was very relaxed and the result is great.
Quiet keys, very pleasant to the touch
Sensor power saving
An elegant addition to your desk
Sturdy and durable construction
It actually looks much better than the product photos

Anyone who likes Logitech peripherals will sooner or later end up with the Logi MX series, and that's how it was for me. I've been looking for a keyboard for a long time, but the price was very discouraging. Well, in the end, when my old keyboard ran out of power and I couldn't find a suitable alternative, the choice was clear. The keyboard has its flaws and one has to get used to it, however, overall it is a very good keyboard and on the desk it is literally a jewel that attracts attention.
Pleasant grip
Long battery life
Backlight
Appearance
large enter
many additional features
it is very quiet
It's quite heavy, which makes it stable
It gives a quality and luxury impression
USB C charging
volume via fn key on efky
wrong description, some special symbols for programming are hard to find or not marked at all
the price is unnecessarily exorbitant in the long term
it's more of an office keyboard than a pro or gaming keyboard
fingerprints remain on the surface

it's quite easy to write on
looks very elegant
while caps lock has a light (on it), numlock does not have one at all
the enter key sometimes does not respond
I tend to lean lightly on the bottom edge of the keyboard, but with this keyboard I often lean on the left enter, spacebar or numpad enter due to the small edge
the top row of keys (esc, F#, and especially the row of strange keys on num / * -) is not indented from the rest by a space, so when you blindly blindly hit "-" on the numpad, you accidentally hit the key above it, which coincidentally is session lock (can be reprogrammed, but still) - if you hit it 10 times a day, you feel like throwing the keyboard out the window
the key labels are very confusing; besides the fact that they are English-Czech-Slovak, some of the labels are Macedonian (I guess); for example numlock is marked "square with cross, vertical line, lock"
since it is wireless, it tries to save the backlight - it turns on, off, dim automatically - it is a bit confusing and after some time when the backlight turns off, you have to press the first key blindly
