in the built-up area of the city, where the transmitter is about 2 km away, the signal is unstable and the picture drops out
the antenna is relatively light and thus unstable on the pad. There is a magnet there, but using it requires some sort of pad that the magnet can attract. I originally intended to return the antenna, but I kept it for emergencies when the external source of reception to the TV goes down (currently it's a satellite receiver)
