Anyone who has some older glasses probably knows what they're getting into. For the rest of us, this cheaper option is better for getting to know each other.
They're bigger diving goggles (including the battery and optics), so the performance is on par with a better phone, and the games are on par with PC games from the 2000s. Inside is android and it's corresponding problems, augmented reality is pretty crappy (the image really grains a lot, it waves a lot, has low resolution and noticeable lag). The transfer of the image from the glasses to the phone is only indicative (it is rarely smooth, usually it freezes and sometimes freezes for a few seconds). Tracking hands and controls is good. Glasses on the head fit some people, some people don't. It's almost impossible to grill.
The price is adequate (average phone + something extra), but the accessories are worth another bang - including games!
And the serial number on the invoice is the same as on the box, but different than on the glasses - you must inform the store, otherwise you are without warranty.
If Meta thought about it and did it properly, it would be great for older people too, this way it's just for kids to play with.

I would like to dedicate this review especially for those who watch video reviews on the internet - it has absolutely nothing to do with reality! Everything is so underdeveloped to me... The resolution of the cameras and display has absolutely nothing to do with the videos on youtube, I don't know if this is some fake advertising directly from Meta or I just had Friday's model.... The controls behave differently every time, the hand gestures also work only when they want to... Sometimes the screen drops below knee level and then clicking something is impossible, so you are constantly "calibrating" the position of the screens to the point of fooling yourself... The only + what I would see in it is the effort and that you can see the technological progress... But it's still really a long run...

I decided to upgrade to Quest 3 after 3 months with Quest 2. It’s great for gamifying fitness — I love doing workouts in it. Mixed Reality mode is also very fun — love that the space recognition now happens on its own.

The equipment absolutely matches the price, just as it was with Quest 2. There is currently no better gaming headset at a better price/performance ratio.

AR is very enjoyable despite the inferior cameras.
There is an American charger in the package, so it is useless and the gift is more of a necessity and fulfillment of legislation than something extra.
