We have claimed the helmet 3 times. We had it as a Christmas present - after unwrapping it, the inner part separated from the outer part within moments. For a head protection for a child, it's not much. 1. The complaint was solved by the sealing, which was crooked because the straps on the helmet did not fit and the loops around the ears were not in the specified holes. 2. Complaint solved by exchange for a new piece - but the inner plastic, which adjusts the size, was bent towards the middle and the helmet could not even be put on the head 3. Complaint and the helmet arrived in order, but it seems bigger than the previous ones and the little one is big and it doesn't fit him like the first one did. I always asked for a refund and ignored it. Just after a month, I got a text message telling me to pick up my claim. So we're throwing this helmet in the trash and going to buy another one.
