These things work differently for everyone, so I'll describe my purely subjective experience. The positive effects are felt most strongly after the first use - a reduction in fatigue, a lot of energy, mental stimulation. As a negative effect after the first use, I noticed impaired sleep during the first night, however, in the morning I felt quite fit. On the second day of use, sleep went without problems and I felt fresh again in the morning. After a few weeks of taking it, I began to feel sharper vision and faster focus, my blood circulation improved (decrease in average heart rate at rest and during exertion). I don't experience any mood changes or other negative effects, my resting blood pressure has been the same since I started taking it (although it temporarily rises slightly during the first few hours after taking the pill). I once got off for about a month, and completely without problems - I had no "crash-out" or anything. With a repeated start, it's the same as when I first took it - the first day bad sleep, from the second day everything OK. I'm a person who doesn't drink coffee, energy drinks or take other stimulants (not even alcohol or drugs), so one pill in the morning after breakfast is enough for me. If you are using any of these, your tolerance threshold may therefore be artificially raised, forcing you to take more tablets per day, as you will otherwise "feel nothing". I will use up one pack (60 tablets) in about two months. The price is around 250 CZK, some time it cost 300 CZK, sometimes again about 215 CZK after applying a discount code. I think it's better than MadMonQ, which contains some extra substances, but the effects are comparable - again, I remind you that this is a subjective feeling. If you calculate the grams of each substance, you can also combine it with other dietary supplements such as 500mg Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex Standard, etc. I follow a strong drinking regime - about 2 to 4 litres of water a day, not counting water in soup, food etc - this is good for regular elimination of metabolic waste from the body and excess of any substances. I try to have regular active movement - aerobic exercise (about 1h a day walking, free running) and anaerobic (2-3 times a week, only a slight warm-up in the morning, push-ups, squats, etc. ) I also recommend paying for blood tests once or twice a year at Unilabs or Synlab (or if you have a nice PL who will issue a free application; -) ) on blood count, liver, kidney and pancreas function (incl. blood sugar). It is good to have a regular overview of your body and go preventive against the development of possible diseases of key organs.
