Works perfectly with a-Jays One headphones
Solved my problem with the microphone, integrated into the headphones and classic inputs on the desktop case.

Useful cable to connect headphones from mobile phone to laptop.
It stinks, but I guess that will pass in time.

the reduction allows the use of iPhone/iPod headphones also on a standard PC with TRS resp. TRRS connector.
the marking of the microphone and headphone jack is just a very decent icon. For example. after dark, you have a 50:50 chance of choosing the right one: -) Solution: it is enough to tie something to one connector/cable that you can recognize by touch.
Attention! iPhone headphones, which also have electronic remote controls, work on the principle of voltage change, so when plugged into a PC, the headphone microphone may not always work properly.
