We've had the coffee maker for about 7 months, until then everything was fine. We performed the recommended maintenance as indicated by the manufacturer. Then the first glitch. It stopped flowing into the cup when making coffee, the coffee maker had a strange sound. After the first complaint when the device was 3 weeks in the service came with replaced covers and supposedly repaired. Unfortunately it worked for less than a month and again the same glitch. I'm sending this to the next claim. I am honestly disappointed with this product and therefore do not recommend it. I give 1 star because 2 complaints in less than a year of operation is a disaster for me.
