After nearly two weeks of using a malfunction of the screen occurred. I used the reader totally normally and it didn’t fall or anything and suddenly it broken… I couldn’t get a help from customer service because they think it’s my fault but I believe it’s because of the device incorrectness.

I am very satisfied, easy to use - choice of using touch or buttons when flipping through. Clear menu, language selection in Czech, backlight that can be turned off and night mode. It is easy to operate with one hand and holds well in the hand. The resolution is sufficient and is pleasant to read. I chose this reader because of the affordable price, especially knowing that I won't use the headphone connection. This reader is suitable for anyone who just wants to read and doesn't need the extra conveniences offered by phones and tablets. For me, it works as it should.

Reasonable speed for a reader
Pocketbook has stopped supporting ABBYY Lingvo dictionaries on new versions of the readers, which was the main criterion for Pocketbook's choice of brand. I contacted both Pocketbook support and ABBYY support and was told that there is no way to upload them or buy them.

There are a few ambiguities in the instructions, but trial and error has cleared up a lot. Overall, I am very satisfied. I was a little skeptical about the backlighting, but it's awesome.
